As announced at our fundraising event in October, WILD was very proud to become a member of Development ornithologique Argenteuil (DOA) and we have plans to partner on a number of future projects. Martin Picard, director general and wildlife biologist, joined us at our event and gave an inspiring presentation about some of the birds present in our municipality. No one can doubt the passion Martin has for our environment!
Part of the mission of WILD, as well as conservation, is education and restauration of wildlife habitats. We think the DOA will play a key role in helping as with both of these and we look forward to announcing some of our joint projects very soon.
